Mentor training and further education in workshops, residential facilities, child and youth welfare, refugee aid or educational institutions – this way the prospective professionals can benefit from your knowledge and experience!

As a practical mentor in your institution, you bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application in everyday work for future professionals. You provide individual guidance, support them with your own professional experience, and share your methodological knowledge. In this way, you give future professionals orientation and confidence during their training and professional development.

Use this qualification to expand your knowledge, integrate new knowledge elements, develop your methodological competence and reflect on your role and actions as a practice mentor.
