As a group leader in the field of employment and vocational support, you will expand your skills to support and accompany people with disabilities in their participation in working life.
The Special Education Additional Qualification (SPZ) is just right for you if you already lead a group in a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) or are active in other areas of employment and vocational support.
They expand their personal, social, and professional perception and action skills. They learn to plan and design vocational training processes, work and employment processes, and workplaces to enable people with disabilities to participate in working life.
