This advanced training is perfect for you if you have already successfully completed the special education supplementary qualification (SPZ) in the past 5 years and now wish to take the state advanced training examination to become a certified specialist for work and vocational support (gFAB).
You will expand and deepen your skills to independently design measures that enable people with disabilities to participate in working life. You will learn to plan and design educational and work processes, as well as workplaces, in a person-centered way. This advanced training provides space for peer exchange, joint reflection, and new ideas beyond your own area of work.
