Communicating safely in youth services
Do you work in youth services and German is not your native language? In this practical specialist language training, you will improve your vocabulary for your everyday work.
With our support, you will develop strategies to further expand your specialist language skills even after the training. You will also learn tools for writing and understanding key professional text types such as documentation.

- if you work in youth services and speak German as a second language.
Contents:
- Design different conversation situations in a linguistically variable and audience-appropriate manner (conversations with young people, parents, guardians, legal representatives, colleagues, institutions and authorities)
- Write down important information (notices, work emails, handover notes)
- Read and understand job-specific texts (regulations, etc.)
