District: Mitte

The care of people with increased support needs is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, support staff are now employed in residential care facilities to provide individualized support to these residents. You will support the residents in close cooperation with the nursing staff!

Your responsibilities as a caregiver include supporting residents in maintaining their gross and fine motor skills as well as their cognitive abilities, for example through walks, crafts, and reading. Promoting social interaction, planning and conducting activities, and working on residents' life stories are also part of your daily work.
