Since June 2024, a selection of modern spaces for various uses has been available at Dammerbergstraße 14. The Hemelingen district has leased the 136 sq m "freiRaum" (open space) and a "log cabin with play equipment and a small fenced garden" from VONOVIA at special rates. Inquiries and requests for weekend seminars, as well as short- or long-term room bookings, can be easily made online. Simply submit a booking request, schedule an appointment on-site, and you're good to go. The spaces are located in two interconnected apartments (partially furnished with kitchens and bathrooms, ideal for: parent initiatives, meeting places for small groups, seminars and learning spaces for school and university students, training courses, garden and environmental projects, consulting offices, and start-ups). The district marketing team is happy to support the promotion of individual and long-term projects on various platforms. We are eager to explore new avenues for project ideas and provide practical support!

Various stakeholders from the district and project staff from the Hemelingen district marketing association will be on site at different opening times until the end of 2026 and will be happy to advise on any questions concerning the district.
