Neighborhood development

Your first point of contact for all questions regarding neighborhood development, projects, funding, and events are always the neighborhood managers directly on site. They are employed by the Office for Social Services and assigned to the social centers. Their offices are located in the neighborhood centers or other central locations within the WiN areas.

For the areas receiving funding under the state program "Lively Neighborhoods," special neighborhood coordinators have been appointed. These coordinators are employees of independent organizations who have been commissioned by the Senator for Labor, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration to provide neighborhood support for the LLQ areas.

The neighborhood management office is located in the so-called "Old Greengrocer's Shop" on Niedersachsendamm and is the first point of contact for anyone who wants to develop and improve something in Huckelriede/Sielhof, whether residents, institutions, associations, or business owners. Suggestions and ideas are just as welcome as criticism. Feel free to drop by, or (if you want to be sure someone is there) make an appointment beforehand by phone or email.
