District: Mitte
We are a volunteer-run organization whose goal is to help children and parents reach their full potential. All members work on a voluntary basis to achieve this goal.
Our goals are:
- to contribute to solving the problems of our children in preschool, school and extracurricular settings, in order to promote the improvement of their school education and vocational training situation.
- to ensure that parents participate in and influence the solution of problems in the upbringing, education and vocational training of our children and young people, so that they are raised and trained in a multilingual and intercultural manner.
- to develop the necessary activities so that our children can utilize both the opportunities and experiences from their culture of origin and those of their environment.
Our activities:
- Counseling for students and parents with and without a migration background
- Information events
- Homework help for students with and without a migration background
- Career guidance for young people
- Seminars, courses, conferences and cultural events
- Help with school problems
- Support for the promotion of mother tongue instruction.
