Since 1982, the Housing Assistance Association has been committed to improving the living conditions of people in social and financial hardship. The association finds rental apartments for homeless people, thus supporting them on their path back to a normal life.

Housing Assistance Bremen is committed to providing homes for homeless people. The goal is to prevent and sustainably address homelessness.

Areas of responsibility:

• Acquisition of suitable apartments and houses
• Property and building management
• Maintenance and renovation
• Contact person for tenants, neighbors and rental partners

Currently, Wohnungshilfe Bremen manages around 270 rental apartments throughout Bremen. These are mostly single-person households. They are constantly looking for additional apartments and houses to buy and rent.
