Do you want to report that a child or young person is at risk, or are you and your own children in an acute crisis situation? Then call the child and youth protection hotline.
24/7 emergency service and advice and support in crisis situations: Experienced professionals from the Office for Social Services and independent organizations are available around the clock, including weekends, to the Child and Youth Emergency Service to provide advice and assistance in crisis situations affecting children and young people. In cases of suspected child endangerment, a pedagogical Child and Youth Emergency Service ensures that home visits are conducted immediately and, if necessary, protective measures are taken.
Parents who find themselves in a situation where their children are at risk and need help can and should call. Neighbors, relatives, or friends should also contact the hotline if they have any indication of child neglect or abuse. Of course, children and young people can and should also call 6 99 11 33 if they need help.
