Smartphones, social networks and voice assistants are becoming an increasingly important part of our everyday lives.
Smartphones have become indispensable in our lives: communicating via WhatsApp, quickly snapping a photo, reading the latest news. It's easy to lose touch. For people who didn't grow up with smartphones, using them can be anything but intuitive and can present a significant barrier. Since a large part of social life now takes place online, and no one – let alone entire age groups – should be excluded, we support people in their everyday use of new media.
