The self-help network supports those affected by irritable bowel syndrome or methane-SIBO/IMO in founding a new self-help group

People affected by methane-SIBO or IMO (Intestinal Methanogen Overgrowth) will soon have the opportunity to connect with others who are affected. Interested individuals are therefore being sought to establish the new self-help group "Together Against Irritable Bowel Syndrome/SIBO/IMO".

Methane-SIBO, or IMO, is a condition that is still relatively unknown to the public. This can make it difficult for those affected to cope with the symptoms. Common symptoms include constipation, bloating, belching, and abdominal pain, and are often associated with conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.

The new self-help group aims to provide a safe space where those affected can share their experiences, support each other, and exchange information on how to manage their symptoms. The focus is on personal exchange of experiences.
