Think of yourself too! Starting in the 6th week (8th week after a C-section) after giving birth, we'll strengthen your pelvic floor, back and abdominal muscles together, release tension, and try to regain your former fitness. The course consists of 8 sessions of 1.5 hours each.
This course is possible with or without your baby.
