Get fit through postnatal exercises
at the Bremen Central Hospital
The postpartum recovery course includes exercises to strengthen the abdomen and back, along with effective pelvic floor training.
In postnatal yoga, all exercises are combined with breathing to optimally train the pelvic floor and abdomen.
We will address the closure of the diastasis recti (gap between the abdominal muscles), which develops physiologically during pregnancy, and also offer relieving exercises for the shoulders and back.
Short relaxation sessions for well-being round off the hours.
Those interested can begin this course 8 weeks after giving birth (even after a cesarean section).
Please note that it is unfortunately not possible to book postpartum recovery courses before birth. It is best to register for your desired course as soon as possible after giving birth.
