Support services for pregnant women and families in maternity clinics

We support and advise expectant parents and mothers and fathers immediately after the birth of their child. Our experienced healthcare professionals advise families in the maternity wards of Bremen-Mitte and Bremen-Nord hospitals. This service is confidential, voluntary, and free of charge.

What do we do?

We provide help and information about childbirth, the baby, and the first few weeks as a family. Parents also learn about other services in the neighborhood and can be referred directly to them if desired. TippTapp pre builds on the well-known TippTapp home visit program. After the hospital stay, we offer follow-up support by phone. We also offer consultation hours.

Who can use our service?

Expectant parents and mothers and fathers immediately after the birth of their child, who are cared for in the maternity wards of Klinikum Bremen-Mitte or Klinikum Bremen-Nord, can use our service. Parents who have further questions after their hospital stay can call us or come to our consultation hours. Parents who were not hospitalized can also contact us during our consultation hours.
