Do you want to support children with increased support needs on their individual path and open up opportunities for them?

Our training program to become a social education assistant equips you with all the essential skills for professional work with children. With a focus on schools and inclusion, you will learn to support children with various disabilities safely and sensitively in their daily lives at daycare and school. Through practical, work-integrated training, you will be qualified to take on tasks related to the care, education, and upbringing of children with and without disabilities within pedagogical and multi-professional teams.

New from summer 2026 is an additional focus on the field of schooling. This is our response to the growing need for social education staff in school settings. Social education assistants will provide support in this area, particularly in the assistance of children with special needs, the design and supervision of all-day programs, and inclusive support processes in everyday school life.
