Even without a secondary school leaving certificate, qualified employment as a social education professional is possible!
The demand for social education professionals is high – and this is your opportunity! If you'd like to work in a nursery, daycare center, or children's home, for example, you can complete a vocational training program to become a childcare worker with us. You can complete this training without a secondary school leaving certificate; you will need an extended lower secondary school leaving certificate. We will support you on your path to qualified employment in a highly sought-after field.
