Consulting and placement services
Small problems can quickly become big problems. Therefore, please contact us early if you are experiencing difficulties during your training.
The "Stay on Track!" program offers advice and mediation for all conflicts and problems that hinder successful vocational training. These can be problems at work, at school, or in the individual's personal life. During the consultation, conflicts are clarified and solutions are developed together with those seeking advice. The service is available to both trainees and trainers. Longer-term support throughout the training relationship is also possible if needed.
The advice offered by the training program "Stay tuned!" is free of charge, neutral and confidential.
For conflicts to be successfully addressed and resolved, ideally all parties involved are included. Mediation is therefore an integral part of our work. Depending on the specific problem, the possibility of mediation is presented to those seeking advice during consultations and – if the conflicting parties wish – implemented. The training program "Stay tuned!" also collaborates with other specialized counseling centers, which can be consulted as needed.
Everyone who has signed an apprenticeship contract hopes for a successful vocational training. Nevertheless, the apprenticeship doesn't always go smoothly. The transition isn't easy for everyone, and some things may turn out differently than expected. The work or the profession might not meet expectations, there could be interpersonal conflicts at work, things might not go according to plan at school, and on top of that, there could be personal, financial, or family problems…
If these difficulties are not resolved, apprenticeships often end without due consideration. The staff of "Stay on Track!" offer support to apprentices and trainers in Bremen in positively managing apprenticeship conflicts. The goals are to prevent apprenticeships from being terminated and to stabilize the apprenticeship relationships.
