"Your rights – simply explained"
With a child on the way or already born, more and more fathers are asking themselves what options exist for balancing work and family life. This event will specifically address topics for fathers, including parental leave and financial security through parental allowance, as well as flexible working arrangements such as part-time parental leave, bridging part-time work, working from home, sick days for children, and more.
How do I submit a part-time work application? How do I enforce part-time work? What happens after the part-time work ends? Is there special protection against dismissal?
