The Bremen Chamber of Employees is a public corporation. It advises and qualifies employees and independently performs tasks through self-governance.

According to the Bremen Chamber of Employees Act, members of the Bremen Chamber of Employees are all employees in the state of Bremen (with the exception of civil servants). Currently, this includes over 400,000 employees subject to social security contributions, as well as those in marginal employment (minijobs) and trainees. Unemployed individuals who were last employed in the state of Bremen are also members of the Bremen Chamber of Employees.

Are you an employee in the state of Bremen? Then you are automatically a member of the Bremen Chamber of Employees and can therefore take advantage of numerous services. The consultation fee for public legal advice is currently €10.
