Association for the promotion of education, intercultural exchange and strengthening of families with a migration history
Our association is committed to promoting education, intercultural exchange, and strengthening families with a migration background. Through programs such as parent-child groups, multilingual family counseling, educational projects, and cultural events, we support families in Bremen in various aspects of their lives. The Bremen branch of Yekmal eV was founded in September 2022 with the goal of promoting and supporting the inclusion and participation of people with a migration background in Bremen. Since its inception, the Bremen branch has become a significant resource for families with a migration background, particularly Kurdish families, who are at the heart of our work, as well as for anyone interested in intercultural exchange and support. The Bremen branch embodies the values of Yekmal eV and has established itself as an important center for cultural, social, and educational participation.
Cooperations and networks
Yekmal eV Bremen maintains close collaborations with numerous Bremen-based and nationwide institutions, organizations, and networks to strategically expand its services.
