bemil mobile exercise nutrition unit

The bemil movement nutrition mobile is a flexibly usable movement landscape that, supervised by professionals or unsupervised as a loan, is used on many occasions, from street festivals, school and kindergarten events to large play festivals.

The central element is the movement construction site – colorful wooden boxes combined with boards, square and round logs, tree slices, and ladders. Children can independently assemble a variety of balancing and movement landscapes. They creatively implement their own movement ideas, have lots of fun moving around, and interact with other children. Free play is encouraged, and modifying and rebuilding the construction site is absolutely essential. Through independent experimentation and exploration of the construction site, children experience their environment and their bodies, and gain confidence in their movements.

Nutrition Action Box

The nutrition activity kit is modular and offers numerous suggestions for healthy eating, cooking, tasting, smelling, and games that promote physical activity. Children are given nutritional advice such as drinking enough fluids, choosing whole-grain bread over white, drinking some milk a day, preferring organic products, and consuming food as fresh as possible and as processed as necessary. They can test their taste buds, for example, with juice or milk taste tests. The children can make their own butter from a little cream in just a few minutes and then taste it with delicious whole-grain bread. They can decorate their bread with bell peppers, carrots, fresh herbs, cucumbers, and other healthy foods, creating funny faces.

Bemil rental (car trailer)

The Bemil can be rented as a car trailer (from €60.00 per day for private individuals and non-profit organizations. Prices for other interested parties available upon request). Transport must be arranged independently. The movement-based construction site and the elements of the nutrition box are easy to use and largely self-explanatory. A brief introduction by us is possible.
