This advanced module is perfect for you if you have already successfully completed the Special Education Supplementary Qualification (SPZ) within the past 5 years and now wish to take the state-recognized advanced training examination to become a Certified Specialist in Work and Vocational Integration (gFAB). You will expand your skills to independently design measures that enable people with disabilities to participate in working life. You will learn to plan and design vocational training processes, work and employment processes, and workplaces.

Contents

The teaching content is based on the areas of action in accordance with the applicable federal regulation (GFABPrV) of 13 December 2016 and the recommendations of the BIBB:

  • Designing integration and participation in working life in a person-centered way
  • Planning, managing, and designing vocational education processes in a person-centered way
  • Planning and managing work and employment processes in a person-centered way, and designing workplaces in a person-centered way
  • Planning, managing, and designing person-centered communication and collaboration

Person-centered means that we take people seriously in their unique individuality and help them find their own paths. We don't start with ideas of how people should be, but with how they are.
