Requirements for participation

You can participate in the professional development program…

• if you are already working as an educational staff member, newcomer or career changer at a primary school and would like to further your qualifications
• if you have German language skills at least at language level B2

Contents

• Module 1: Introduction to the field of primary education: Role and tasks
• Module 2: Pedagogical Foundations: Understanding and appropriately acting on children in the developmental age of 6-10 years
• Module 3: Developing and expanding methodological skills: shaping pedagogical work
• Module 4: Cooperation, Communication and Conflict: Consciously Shaping Interactions
• Final procedure

To support the learning process and the transfer of knowledge into practice, you will receive practical assignments to complete between seminars. Where possible, a practical mentor will support participants at their workplace in reflecting on the seminar content and applying it to their work.
