Contents:
- Module 1: Introduction to the field of primary education: Role and tasks
- Module 2: Pedagogical Foundations: Understanding and appropriately acting on children in the developmental age of 6-10 years
- Module 3: Developing and expanding methodological skills: shaping pedagogical work
- Module 4: Cooperation, Communication and Conflict: Consciously Shaping Interactions
- Final procedure
To support the learning process and the transfer of knowledge into practice, you will receive practical assignments to complete between seminars. Where possible, a practical mentor will support participants at their workplace, helping them reflect on the seminar content and apply it to their work.
