If you are already active in the field of inclusion for people with disabilities, then this pedagogical qualification will allow you to expand your scope of responsibilities: We will support you in taking on responsible tasks and assisting and caring for people in different forms of housing (outpatient residential care, inpatient housing, assistance services, etc.).
Requirements for participation
You can participate in the pedagogical qualification…
- if you are currently working professionally in the field of inclusion for people with disabilities.
- if you can demonstrate German language skills at level B2 CEFR or better.
Contents
This training program offers a basic, work-integrated pedagogical qualification for individuals new to or changing careers in the field of housing and support services for people with disabilities. The content of the training includes:
- Module 1: Introduction to further education (16 teaching units)
- Module 2: Forms of Impairment (48 teaching units)
- Module 3: Perception, Observation and Documentation (16 teaching units)
- Module 4: Development and Learning (32 teaching units)
- Module 5: Communication, Conflict Management and Group Dynamics (40 teaching units)
- Module 6: Framework and legal foundations (40 teaching units)
- Module 7: Housing options for people with disabilities (32 teaching units)
- Module 8: Participation and Housing: Accompaniment and Support Processes (48 teaching units)
- Module 9: Care and domestic activities (56 teaching units)
- Module 10: Observation (40 hours of practical training + 8 teaching units)
- Module 11: Life world, biography and cooperation (32 teaching units)
- Module 12: Reflection and Evaluation (32 teaching units)
