The psychological burden on children and adolescents has increased. At the same time, support services are overburdened in many places, and mental illness is still associated with fear of stigmatization. Preventing mental illness in young people is therefore of great importance. This is where the nationwide prevention program "Crazy? So what! Mentally fit at school" comes in, which has been successfully implemented for 25 years.

The "Crazy? So what!" school days are implemented locally by a regional group of professional and personal experts. The AOK Lower Saxony health insurance company provides the funding for these school days.

In the digital information event, we will introduce you to “Crazy? So what!”, provide information about the structure of a regional group and give insights into the practical experiences of Lower Saxony regional groups.
The event is aimed at stakeholders from the fields of health promotion, youth welfare, education, addiction prevention, local government, social space prevention, and other interested individuals.
