Network for Labor Market Integration

Network of labor market experts on the topic of labor market integration of women with refugee and migration backgrounds.

The network was established as part of the ZGF project "Women and Flight" (2017-end of 2018). Experts, representatives from counseling centers, education and employment providers, the labor department, job centers and the employment agency exchange information, inform each other about their services, organize expert input and develop political and professional statements.

Furthermore, the network continuously identifies the current needs of the target group and strives to develop new access channels.

The network initiates and supports labor market policy projects and measures.

The aim is to identify and dismantle the obstacles that refugee women and women with a migration background who have been living here for some time face in the Bremen labor market

Professionals from integration work, further education and employment providers, women's counselling centers, mothers' centers and labor market policy actors.
