Professional practice reflection and milestone planning in the qualification process for pedagogical professionals in child and youth welfare

Would you like to reflect on your professional skills with colleagues and systematically track your development process? Then our practical training course is just right for you!

Secure your acquired expertise and solidify its practical application in this professional development course. Systematically reflect on your professional practice and develop a deeper understanding of your own professional role. You will learn to structure and systematically document your competence development using milestones. This will strengthen your ability to understand learning and development processes in your daily work and to make them visible during practical phases and with professional guidance. Over six days of sessions, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own work, personal competencies, and pedagogical interventions in a group setting, guided by an instructor, and to explore various topics. The six seminar days take place once a month and represent the first milestone according to the professional guidelines (after six months).
