The Early Intervention Center West supports expectant parents and families with children from pregnancy until the child's third birthday. Our goal is to provide families with early, easily accessible, and free support, promote children's developmental opportunities, and strengthen parents' parenting skills. As a partner organization of the Bremen Public Health Department, we work interdisciplinarily and collaboratively. Close cooperation between various specialists is an integral part of our approach and enables holistic support for families.

Our work is diverse and engaging: whether in group settings or individual counseling, at our counseling center or at networking events. Here, you have the opportunity to positively and sustainably influence children's development and empower parents with confidence in their own abilities. Respect, a resource-oriented approach, and cultural sensitivity are our top priorities. Our team consists of a pediatric nurse, a midwife, a social worker, and a psychologist. Contribute your skills and personality. The position is available from October 1, 2026, on a part-time basis (14.5 hours per week) and is initially limited to two years.
