There are no stupid questions!
We offer advice, discuss together what might help in your situation, or simply listen to you. Above all, we take each of your problems seriously. It doesn't matter if you're unhappily in love, have found nude photos of yourself online, or are experiencing bullying on WhatsApp, Snapchat, Facebook, or other websites.
Don't be afraid that we'll think your worries are ridiculous or not "normal". They're making you unhappy, so it's perfectly okay to confide in someone.
The "Number against Sorrow" is anonymous and our specially trained counselors will take time for you so that you can come up with a new idea and get an idea of how you can feel better again.
We help anonymously and free of charge – with all questions, concerns and problems.
