I'm counting too – rediscovering self-care
In this four-day seminar for single mothers and fathers, we will focus on self-care and mindfulness in everyday life in five seminar sessions. We will approach these topics through group discussions and relaxation exercises, among other methods, and develop practical strategies for implementation in daily life.
Group activities planned include a visit to the swimming pool together with the children and other activities.
The seminar will be led by Hanneke Ruesink and Christa Schwarze from the Obervieland Family Center.
The children have their own childcare program during the seminar sessions.
Outward journey:
Meeting on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 1:45 pm at the Obervieland family home.
Arrival:
Rotenburg Youth Hostel, Verdener Str. 104, 27356 Rotenburg (Wümme)
Return journey:
On Monday, October 12, 2026, we will depart from Rotenburg at 2:00 PM to return to the Obervieland family's house.
Cost:
€50 per family – includes bus trip, accommodation, meals and swimming pool access.
