But what significance does this have for their health and development? And what role can kindergartens play in this?
While many training courses focus on media education or digital media in daycare centers, this lunchtime presentation focuses on a previously little-noticed perspective: the health effects of media on children of daycare age.
Based on scientific findings and typical situations from everyday life in daycare centers, we examine the following questions for educational professionals:

- What connections exist between media use, social interaction, exercise, and nutrition?
- What practical ideas are there to promote health in everyday digital life in daycare centers?
