Central consultation room for systemic-solution-focused short-term therapy, family therapy and counseling

Throughout our lives, we repeatedly encounter challenges that initially seem insurmountable. Some obstacles that we were able to overcome in the past become more difficult to manage over time. There are a variety of reasons for this, both in our external environment and within ourselves. In a supportive and confidential setting, we will guide you in discovering and embarking on new paths.

At ZeBra, each of us works as an independent therapist. We are united by our basic training in systemic, solution-focused brief therapy, family therapy, and counseling. We bring our own strengths and areas of expertise to the counseling process and work with various approaches and methods. Nevertheless, we share common values: We work in a resource-oriented, solution-focused manner, always with respect. In this way, we work together with you to find solutions that are right for you.

Our counseling space is open to people of all backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, relationship types, and family constellations. Creating a discrimination-sensitive space where everyone feels understood and valued is important to us.

Offers:

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFT): The goal of solution-focused brief therapy is to work with you to discover resources and inner strengths in order to develop and implement concrete solutions. It is not necessary to delve deeply into the structure and causes of problems. An important part of the process is encouraging you to reflect on your goals and consider past exceptions to the problem – these insights can then be used to develop solutions. The focus is on your individual abilities and potential, which makes the therapy particularly successful, effective, and sustainable.
  • Couples counseling: Systemic couples counseling in short-term therapy offers couples an effective way to understand and improve their relationship dynamics. Our approach views your partnership as a unique system in which every action and behavior is part of a larger interplay. In a few focused sessions, we work together to identify entrenched patterns, develop new perspectives, and work out concrete solutions. Systemic short-term therapy focuses on your resources and strengths as a couple, not on deficits or blame. Through solution-oriented questions, communication exercises, and systemic interventions, we support you in overcoming old conflicts and developing new, constructive ways of interacting.
  • Parenting Counseling: When parenting issues become a source of stress, our systemic parenting counseling offers a safe space for change. We understand parenting difficulties not as individual failure, but as an expression of family relationship patterns that can be changed together. Short-term therapy allows us to identify crucial turning points in just a few intensive sessions. Through targeted questions and tailored interventions, we encourage a shift in perspective and open doors to new possibilities. We utilize your family's own resources as the key to solutions. Our counseling supports you in building respectful communication among all family members and helps you set healthy boundaries. In this way, you as a family develop your own path to a relaxed and joyful life together.
  • Family therapy : We understand family as a (communication) system. Changes in one family member have an impact on the entire system. Using various methods, we work together to examine family dynamics, changes in family life, and potentially dysfunctional behavioral patterns. Focusing on the strengths of your family system, you will discover new solutions and explore potential changes in our therapy room.

Cost

In our central consultation room, we offer therapy and counseling exclusively as private services. Therefore, the fees are not covered by statutory health insurance and must be paid privately.

  • Individuals: 90.00 euros (60 minutes)
  • Group setting: 120.00 euros (90 minutes)

Should the financial challenge seem too high for you, we will find individual solutions. Due to the small number of sessions and the relatively long intervals between them, this type of therapy generally does not lead to financial burdens.

As a self-paying patient, you enjoy maximum flexibility and discretion. You avoid long waiting times for psychotherapy at a practice with a public health insurance contract, or you can bridge these waiting periods with us. Furthermore, your treatment remains completely private, with no information being shared with health insurance companies. The duration and frequency of sessions can be adjusted to your needs.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of €65 will be charged.
