In this course, you will regain your fitness after giving birth. Accompanied by a midwife, you will learn gentle and targeted methods for natural postpartum recovery, as well as exercises to restore the balance between your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. Through specific exercises, the stressed tissue will be stabilized and the pelvic floor strengthened. Of course, you are welcome to bring your baby.
The course consists of 6 sessions, with at least 8 weeks between childbirth and the start of the course.
