The BDP-Freizi Huchting is looking for support in its pedagogical team for the Open Meeting two days a week from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The BDP Freizi Huchting is an important child and youth welfare institution in the district. Its mission is to accompany, support, and empower young people during their leisure time. Here, they play billiards, FIFA, table tennis, cards, and foosball, cook, chat, and make music. In addition to recreational activities, we offer homework help and support with writing job applications.

We are looking for support in our educational team for the open meeting at BDP Freizi Huchting for two days a week from 4 pm to 8 pm.

Working hours:

  • Weekly hours (open meeting and educational team) total 7-10 hours
  • Working once a month on Sunday evenings
  • Team meeting once a month

Requirements:

  • Identification with the guiding principles of the BDP
  • Queer feminist and anti-racist stance
  • Completed studies in social pedagogy/social work or comparable qualification
  • Experience in gender-related/diversity-conscious/inclusive pedagogy (e.g., work with boys) is desirable
  • Experience in open youth work/youth association work is desirable
  • Working independently
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours – including weekends
