- Learn to recognize and apply important aspects of leadership competence
- Assess and reflect on leadership tasks and leadership role
- Exploring and utilizing self-management, self-efficacy, and self-reflection as control instruments
- Implementing systemic perspectives on leadership in practice
- Expand and professionalize specialist and methodological knowledge in the areas of communication and conflict management
- Explore and practice methods of personnel and team development
- Planning, supporting and successfully implementing change processes
- Apply and further develop professional insights into leadership skills in your own professional practice
