This course is suitable for the postpartum recovery period. It improves physical well-being. The exercises help relieve tension in the back and shoulders and strengthen targeted muscle development and overall fitness. The course also includes functional pelvic floor exercises.
The course is recommended throughout the entire postpartum recovery phase and can be taken either as a supplement or as a follow-up course after a postpartum exercise course.
This course takes place without babies.
