Yoga exercises are ideal for pregnant women as preparation for childbirth, allowing them to enjoy rest and relaxation and to prevent or alleviate discomforts that can occur during pregnancy. These include back pain, tension, and stress-related ailments, which are gently addressed. Yoga also optimally prepares the body for both childbirth and the postpartum period.
The yoga course can be perfectly combined with the fitness course for pregnant women.
