This course offers you a wonderful opportunity to build on your postpartum recovery course and do more for yourself and your "new" body. Your experiences from pregnancy and childbirth will benefit your yoga practice, as you became more familiar with your core during this special time and consciously influenced it through movement and breath. In addition to strengthening and toning the pelvic floor, abdominal, and back muscles, the course also focuses on strengthening and releasing tension, particularly in the shoulder and chest area. You will learn to recharge and gain energy despite the new, and undoubtedly sometimes challenging, life situation. Breathing exercises and relaxation sequences will help you find more peace and serenity to master the exciting everyday life of motherhood.

This course is suitable for all mothers who have completed a postpartum recovery course, regardless of their yoga experience. Your child is welcome to attend, but will generally not be actively involved in the exercises.

If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat.
