Your pregnancy can be a particularly wonderful time to start practicing yoga! You stay active, can relax, and strengthen the bond with your unborn child.

Yoga can help you to calmly deal with the changes taking place and to prepare for childbirth.

In this 8-week course you will learn yoga asanas, relaxation techniques and breathing exercises step by step.

You will meet other pregnant women and can exchange experiences with them.

We recommend starting after the 12th week of pregnancy.
