- Module 1: Inclusion and equal opportunities – educational, legal & institutional foundations in childcare
- Module 2: Societal dimensions of diversity and pedagogical practice concepts of inclusive work in early childhood education
- Module 3: Systemic understanding as the basis for inclusion and equal opportunities
- Module 4: Advanced Module: The group decides on the further development of individual diversity dimensions from Module 2
- Module 5: Inclusion in early childhood education – practical application and peer consultation
- Final colloquium
