This course builds on postpartum recovery courses and is suitable from the third month after giving birth. Since one course is not enough to get fit again after childbirth, Mamaworkout is the perfect, extended postpartum recovery program, including pelvic floor and full-body training.
The entire body (focusing on the back muscles) is strengthened with lots of fun and music. The session concludes with relaxation exercises.
